Valma 2022 Fleurie Les Rangs Tard

A plot located within the lieu-dit Les Labourons. Made 100% whole cluster with semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tanks. Aged for 8 months in concrete tanks before bottling. This is an incredibly fresh, aromatic, pretty style of Beaujolais. The nose if full of wild strawberry and tart cherry with hints of spice. Its fun and playful while drinking incredibly elegant. This will be perfect served with a chill now or could continue to age well!
