A blend that includes young vines of Premier and Grand Crus. Grapes from Gaisbohl and Hoheburg make up a significant part of this wine. Mainly composed of sandstone and clay . Gentle pressing. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging in stainless steel and Doppelstück wooden barrel 

Nicola calls this their most underrated wine, and I couldn’t agree more. It has incredible minerality with a beautiful salty edge. The fruit is more citrus focused then orchard but still has a classic Riesling purity.
