Domaine Tabordet has 13 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé in the communes of Villiers and Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye on Kimmeridgiam marl, Caillottes and Silex soils. The estate is certified organic and Biodynamic (Demeter), vinifies with indigenous yeasts and uses minimal amounts of SO2. "Petites Aubues" is a parcel on limestone soils of Villiers These are calcareous sedimentary deposits composed of a large quantity of white, generally flat pebbles (limestone fragments), approximately 5 to 10 centimeters in size, embedded in a soil containing varying amounts of clay and sand depending on the location. The wine shows a pale yellow color with white gold reflections. Nose: Initially intense, incisive and complex, offering a wide range of aromas. Palate: ripe white and yellow fruits, minerality with a beautiful body (due to the south-facing terroir) and finishes with freshness. Drink over the next 5 years.
