This is a 50/50 blend of Grolleau done in fiberglass and Cabernet Franc made in concrete from vines planted in deep calcium-rich soils. The Cab Franc sees 12 days maceration with the Grolleau seeing four days. It's a light, chillable, high-energy red that has just enough structure to work with a variety of food, particularly anything fresh off the grill!
