100% Chardonnay from 2023 from 45+ year old vines in the Cote de Blancs. Fermented and aged in 20% new barrels for 12 months. Aged 21 months sur lattes. Disgorged with 1 g/L. This wine is fantastic, a really powerful Champagne with layers of flavor. Theres a touch of reduction with but in a pleasant way that doesn't take away from anything else. Rich, bold, delicious bubbles.
