Suenen 2007 Oenotheque Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs

The Oenotheque wines are rare looks at the history of the Suenen estate. 36 bottles of 2007 were set to the US! They were recently disgorged around June of 2023. In 2006 and 2007 Suenen didn’t separate the single vineyards and Oiry and C+C, so this is a blend of all the grand cru Blanc de Blancs properties, made into one vintage wine. The '06 and '07 were made by Aurelien’s father, with Aurelien’s help back then. It was before his father passed away, but his father was injured in a tractor accident and need Aurelien’s help to make the wine and work the vines.
