Ridge's Estate Cab consists of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot all from the Monte Bello Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Known colloquially as the "Baby Bello" this comes from some of the vineyard's younger vines, which produce a more accessible and open style.
