Located in a section of the climat “village” that faces Clos Saint-Jacques. It is a tiny parcel of less than 0.4 hectares that was planted in 1998 and is on clay-limestone soils. The wine is fermented in an open vat with native yeast. Aged in French oak barrels with a maximum of 15% new oak. This wine has a slightly darker profile than Champ and is considered a bit fuller-bodied than their other village-level wines.
