From a vineyard located in southern Aloxe, on deep clay soils with vine age averaging about 70 years old. Manually harvested, then a long pneumatic press. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are spontaneous and made in neutral 500 liter barrels. Aged for 10 months on the lees. There is an incredible aroma of white florals, with lemon curd and minerality. This is a very classic representation of the grape with nice texture and is incredibly refreshing and easy drinking!
