Domaine Céline Perrin in Ladoix, organic since 2003. Céline Perrin took over the estate from her father Christian in 2015 and is the fifth generation at this 9 hectare domain, with vineyards in 10 different appellations. "Our viticulture is based on respect for the soil and the rhythm of the seasons, letting nature and the terroir express themselves.

Domaine Jean-Claude Rateau in Beaune. Jean-Cluade Rateau was the fourth vigneron in France to convert to biodynamics, beginning with two hectares in 1979. M. Rateau does not seek or receive a great deal of media attention but his wines speak for themselves, with a purity and mineral character seldom seem in "modern" Burgundy.

Domaine Chantal Lescure in Nuits-Saint-Georges, an important organic estate based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, proprietors of 18 hectares from Meursault in the Côte de Beaune to Chambolle-Musigny in the Côte de Nuits. Now owned by Jean-Philippe Girard, in partnership with Éric Rousseau. The new team's goal is to bring Chantal Lescure into the highest echelons of Burgundy.
