The Aglianico is sourced from a 2 hectare vineayard at 420 meters of elevation with volcanic and stony soils. The stonier soils and 3 years of stainless steel aging really distinguish Messer Oto from the other Aglianico. It has all of the incense, perfume, smoke, earth, and cocoa that we love from Aglianico with an easier drinking, more red fruited profile.
