Arnot-Roberts 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Randle Hill Vineyard in the Yorkville Highlands AVA, planted in 1982. It is direct pressed into stainless tank before aging ten months in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel. Only ten barrels produced. This is a deep and savory wine with a saline minerality and hints of tropical fruit, while retaining precise acidity and wonderful texture. It's the type of Sauv Blanc for people who might think they don't like the varietal - not overly aromatic, fully ripened but still bursting with energy.
