From 16 parcels that are all very close to the Atlantic Ocean near Sanxenxo. 25-45 year old vines on decomposed granite. On the lees for 7 months with weekly battonage for the first 3 months. The wine has a tremendously saline energy, with popping citrus fruit that is nicely integrated with the slightly creamy texture from the lees.
