Sur la Nuage is a lighthearted and lightly textural blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Viognier and Roussanne from our friends at Ferme Saint-Martin. Part of Thomas Julien's 'Vin de Thomas' line, this is their skin contact offering, which in the end is more of a white wine in appearance, with soft floral and exotic aromatics and a touch of grip from skins. The Grenache Blanc grapes go through full carbonic maceration, Clairette is direct press like a regular white wine, and the Viognier and Roussanne see five days of skin contact.
