"Montcrochet" is a delicious new Cheverny Blanc from Herve Villemade, from 3 terroirs - sand/flint, clay/flint silex, and silt. A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, with Chardonnay and Menu Pineau. Aging is half in anfora and half in concrete cubes. A lovely Loire white, with stone fruit, white flowers but not floral and density without being too dense. Yum!
