A bit of a forgotten style of wine from Germany, Stefan Vetter brings us his version of a "Rotling," technically a wine made from red and white grapes that must be pressed and fermented together. This one is about half/half Pinot Noir and Muller Thurgau, fermented in huge, neutral cask. There's a pop-top, but no bubbles, just fresh and zingy, thirst-quenching juice inside. Pop one in your ice bucket soon!
