Grapes are hand harvested into small crates, destemmed, and direct pressed. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are spontaneous in old neutral French barriques and 300L barrels. The wine spends 12 months on the fine lees. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
This is a stunning rose that is slightly darker in color. Very savory and floral with amazing energy and lift!
