Reisetbauer Carrot Eau de Vie

A unique eau de vie distilled from biodynamic carrots from the northwest of Austria near the German and Czech border. The carrots are harvested in September and October, then chopped and naturally liquefied before being fermented for 8–10 days; then distilled twice in a Christian Carl copper pot still & rested for a minimum of 3 years in stainless steel. Fresh, earthy, sweet and delicate all at the same time, it's a perfect palate cleanser mid course and turkey day accompaniment to all the sweet potatoes, yams and pumpkin pie! GH
