A beautiful Coteaux made from 100% Pinot Noir from 73 year old vines in Bouzy. 50% whole bunch fermentation, aged in neutral oak barrels. This is a bright, fresh, lifted Pinot Noir with a lot of concentration. Notes of ripe cherry and strawberry with a spiced undertone. An approachable and food friendly bottle of red.
