Hands down one of my favorite Rosatos every year. Watermelon, cherry, floral, with a little briney smoky finish. So much vibrancy radiating, whether you drink this on its own or alongside a stinky cheese, a tomato based pasta, or anything with mushrooms, this would be lovely.
40% Frappato, 50% Nero d’Avola, 10% Zibibbo on sandy soils. 3-4 hours of skin maceration in vertical "tini", then a gentle pressing and aging in stainless steel tanks. Minimal added sulfur and no filtering or fining.
