This is a unique blend of Trousseau Noir (42%), Cabernet Pfeffer (20%), Gamay (30%), and Poulsard (8%) sourced from assorted sites in the North and Central Coast AVAs - Siletto in San Benito, Las Cimas in Sonoma, and Luchsinger in Lake County. All components were whole-cluster fermented in tank and aged in neutral oak barrels. It's light bodied, low-abv (11.6%) and bursting with punchy red fruit and hints of spice. Great acidity and low tannins make this perfect with a slight chill, easy on its own or would pair nicely with cheese and charcuterie, tapas, or lighter fare.
