Grosjean 2023 Petite Arvine Vigne Rovettaz Valle d'Aoste

100% Petite Arvine, whole cluster pressed and aged in combination of 70% stainless steel/30% oak for 8 months on the lees. While on the lees the wine sees two battonages a week adding complexity. On the nose, ripe meyer lemon, white grapefruit, tarragon and fennel. On the palate there is an underlying richness, brioche, hazelnuts, savory tart. A light fresh start transitions to a broadening structure and depth, lovely tactile finish on this wine.
