A blend of younger vines in GG and 1G sites. Made with 5-35% whole cluster with ambient yeast fermentation in open-top wooden and concrete tanks. Aged for 14-16 months in used barrels. This is a light, fresh, very elegant Pinot Noir. It contains notes of red cherry, red plum, and rose. Theres a nice structure with a long finish, overall a super tasty wine, perfect for any night of the week!
