Fürst 2023 Centgrafenberg GG Spätburgunder

Average 65 year old vines on a 40% gradient slope of red sandstone. Made with 75% whole cluster with ambient yeast fermentation in open-top wooden and concrete tanks. Aged for 16-18 months in about 5% new barrels. The wine is incredibly aromatic! Complex with great concentration of red fruit, floral notes and an earthy finish. True elegance with a long finish. Everytime I went back to this wine it just continued to open up even more.
