Fürst 2023 Bürgstadter Berg 1G Spätburgunder

From the valley of Bürgstadt in the1G Berg vineyard. Made with 30-65% whole cluster with ambient yeast fermentation in open-top wooden and concrete tanks. Aged for 16-18 months in about 15% new barrels. The wine has an insane perfume of red cherry, cranberry, and rose petals along with intense minerality. Theres a bump up in concentration and structure without the wine feeling overextracted at all. A perfect balance with a fresh, long finish!
