From the arid region of Castilla La Mancha comes this compelling and very reasonably priced example of the local Airen grape. Though previous iterations of this wine have been a bit edgy, the winemaker decided to use a smidge of SO2 this time around and the wine is clean and very enjoyable. Nice body and subtle nose, should pair well with a variety of foods.
