Domaine du Bagnol 2025 Cassis Rosé

We love rosés from Cassis - a great location and terroir for wine despite the chic little town and hordes of tourists! In a vineyard dating back to the 13th century, situated a few hundred metres from the Mediterranean, the Domaine du Bagnol produces one of the most elegant of rosés.  Medium copper hued with delicate aromas and flavors of berry fruits, melon, citrus, herbs and sea spray with a cool minerality from the limestone soils and vivid acidity. Certified organic farming since 2014. 45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 20% Mourvedre, rapid direct press to extract as little color as possible, and less than 10 mg/L of sulfur added - a factor which contributes to its gorgeous purity of fruit and striking evocation of the limestone terroir.
