Delicious orange wine from Utiel-Requena (Valencia, Spain). Hand harvested, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. It is a blend of Tardana and Macabeo, macerated on the skins in stainless tanks for 30 days, aged on the lees for one month in tank. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Tropical, citrusy, light and super fresh.
