This is a fun, refreshing traditional method sparkler from winemaker/farmer Geraud Fromont in the Jura. This cuvee is made from Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois from Alsace. The vines were planted in 1978 on limestone. The grapes are pressed whole cluster into stainless steel. A solid choice for aperitif, that's meant to be fun and not overly complex.
