A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Meunier from clay-limestone soils in Chavot. There is spontaneous alcoholic and spontaneous fermentation. Wines are aged 18 months on the lees. There is no added sulphites and no dosage. Only 315 magnums were made!
