A perfect and classic Nero d'Avola which avoids too much black fruit or vegetal notes, instead bursting with tangy tart blackberry and cooling, minty acidity.
From two vineyards with pre-historic marine dunes approximately 8 meters deep above limestone bedrock which was a formed seabed. Hand harvested and fermented in steel with native yeasts.
