100% Favorita, the local name for this grape also known as Vermentino or Pigato. An average of 35 year old vines from 3 different vineyards in Verduno: Boscatto, Sotto Orti, and Semolino. The soils are a mix of sand and clay with a high proportion of limestone.
The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel, leaving the pure aroma of Favorita to shine. Ripe pear, fennel frond, and lemon zest with a silky medium bodied texture.
