100% Pinot Noir from old vines of Chenay and Vrigny. The wine is aged in jarres and oak barrels before spending 24 months sur lattes. All riddling is done by hand and disgorged according to the lunar calendar. The wine gets zero dosage. Only 667 bottles were produced. This wine is full of notes of citrus, white flowers and fresh bread. It has a fuller body and great concentration. The finish is long with bright acidity and a saline finish.
