(Arrives 9/18) The Rateau Aligoté is from Jean-Claude's Biodynamic vineyard in the Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune. The 2023 Aligote is elegant and full of pleasure, notes of lemon curd, golden apple, and white florals are a plenty. On the palate the citrus is fresher with more tart fruit. The finish is long and has excellent minerality. A value to be enjoyed often!
