From 40 year old vines within Meursault on Clay-limestone soils. Fermented and aged in older barrels for 12 months and concrete eggs for 8 months. A beautifully textured wine with a slightly waxy finish.

From a lieu-dit high up close to the forest. A White Burgundy of amazing texture and minerality. It is smooth and fresh, with a long finish. 

From a parcel in Remigny, just south of Santenay and planted in 2000. Aged in used oak barrels for 12 months, this Aligote has excellent complexity and texture with lots of minerality and bright fruit.
