From 35-40 year old vines in a single parcel in Polisot. The soils are clay and kimmerdigian and the vines are all at the top of the slope where there is little topsoil. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts. Disgorged in April 2025 with zero dosage.
