Grapes from the younger vines of massal origin between 20-25 years of age from Roagna's holdings in Castiglione Falletto and Barbaresco from Pira and Paje. It sees the same meticulous care that Luca puts into all his Barolos and Barbarescos but bottled separately to preserve the pedigree of his top wines. Classic perfume with rose, cherry, menthol and licorice. Already fantastic, better than most Barolo at the same price point! Drink now or hold for up to 5 years.

The 2020 is drinking excellent right out of the bottle, a testament to Luca's winemaking and the approachability of the vintage. Light bodied, rose petals, popping fruit like strawberry, raspberry, and blood orange.
