Sauv Blanc Sunday: Featuring La Lunotte Rossignoux2 & Tue-Boeuf Vin Blanc

5/10/26 -

Our casual Sunday offer has a simple approach - two fantastic Sauvignon Blancs from the Loire Valley! The 2022 La Lunotte (Christophe Foucher) Rossignoux2 and the 2025 Clos du Tue-Boeuf Vin Blanc are two distinct expressions that are as complex and fascinating as they are ultimately delicious. Both from the Loire et Cher sub-region of the Loire Valley, they are ready for Spring and Summer sipping! Christophe Foucher's most recent bottling of his flagship Rossignoux cuvée is from the 2022 vintage and will expand your conception of what Sauvignon Blanc can taste like. It's balanced and light on its feet, but with depth, a rejuvenating energy that you can feel with your whole body, and subdued aromatics. The Tue-Boeuf Vin Blanc, mostly made with fruit that the Puzelats source from organic-certified neighbors, is electric and zippy, with notes of lychee and gooseberry and refreshing acidity. Grab a mixed case (or two) and enjoy!
