Our Friend Pascaline Lepeltier Invites You to Two Exciting Wine Dinners: July 10th & July 18th!

Join Pascaline at Chambers, 94 Chambers Street, for two sensational wine events on July 10th and July 18th at 7:00pm!

On July 10th, be the first to discover a new American talent, Darling Wines! We are thrilled to welcome Tom Darling - a very special producer from the California North Coast.

First generation winemaker, self-taught, Tom makes, with his wife Ashley, the most delicate and layered wines from organic vineyards on the coolest areas of Sonoma. The Sonoma Coast is without a doubt one of the most exciting wine regions in the country, its potential revealed decades ago by pioneers such as David Hirsch or Ted Lemon, with now a new generation carrying it on, and making complete, terroir wines. And Tom is now part of this movement!

In the winery the wines are made with the minimal intervention, and just a touch of sulfur at bottling. The result is very expressive, nuanced and chiseled, without losing the density of the terroir. We will pour 12 wines, including some pre-release of his Gamay, Pinot, Syrah and Chardonnay paired with a 4-course menu prepared by Chef Jon Karis.

Price: $240 before tax and gratuity.

On Thursday July, 18th, we have invited our dear friend and sommelier-wine thinker extraordinaire James Sligh to come and curate a special selection – an “Ask James A Question” event fueled by 13 bottles of wine. He will lead us through the wine world wondering about the invisible (yeasts?), the history (tradition?), the botanic (cultivar?), the origins (the old, old vines?). Chef Jon Karis will prepare a 4-course menu to pair with a pretty incredible line-up, each wine resonating with another creating unseen perspectives and tastes.

Time: 7pm
