Pizza wine! Blackberry, blueberry, cherry, plum, and just enough tannins and savory notes in the finish to keep things interesting.
The grapes are sourced from the Cancelli vineyard with 40 year old vines tended to biodynamically by Iole Rabasco. The grapes are hand harvested, macerate for 5 days on the skins, and aged in stainless steel with no fining, filtering, or sulfur.
