Ravie is a great entrypoint to Amevive's style, a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre from Santa Barbara County. The grapes are vinified separately with varying percentages of whole clusters, then gently pressed and aged in neutral French oak before being blended and bottled. It's a light, crunchy and juicy red that can be enjoyed with a slight chill, but still feels like a proper red wine. With moderate alcohol level, it's a great option for warm summer nights with or without food.
