F.X. Pichler 2022 Riesling Klostersatz

Klostersatz is a flat vineyard on the valley floor between the Danube and in front of the winery made of fine gravel covered with sand as it was under the river waters in an earlier age. This produces lighter rieslings with an ever so faint effervesence, notes of grapefruit and white peach and cool forest floor. Zesty with an extremely long, saline, mineral finish, an excellent pairing with seafood and sushi! GH
