A 4 hectare plot on the western edge of the Vallee de la Marne in Fossoy. The vines were planted between 1970 and 1975 on limestone soils. The wine is aged 11 months sur lee in oak barrels, some of which are made from trees from the Fossoy forest. The wine doesn’t undergo malolactic fermentation. After bottling it is aged 36-40 months sur lees and disgorged with zero dosage. The wine has a beautiful golden color with bold, flavors.
