A Tribute to Grace 2023 Grenache Santa Barbara County

This is 100% Grenache from five vineyards across Santa Barbara County: Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard,
Vie Caprice Vineyard, Dorigo Family Vineyard, Michaud Vineyard, and Shake Ridge Ranch. It is made with 71% whole-clusters and undergoes a combination of whole-cluster and carbonic fermentation before spending 11 months in neutral French 220L & 500L puncheons. The 2023 shows tremendous balance - hints of dark fruit alongside bright cherry tomato and basil, with lifted aromatics and a savory, spicy depth across the palate. Great acidity and just a hint of fine tannins make it very food friendly, a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, roasted pork or lamb.
