The 2024 "Les Vacances de Monsieur Merlot" is (oddly enough) 100% Merlot grown on clay and gravell soils in Biodynamic farming. There is a short maceration to preserve the freshness of the fruit without aggresive tannins, giving a beautifully round and supple wine, to enjoy served cool, by itself, or with just about anything. Total SO2 is very low at only 25mg/l. Bottled on a fruit day of the biodynamic calendar. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 and 100% delicious!
