All from the Trarbacher vineyard, this is a dry "village wine," light and direct with pure minerality from the blue slate. Aging is in large wooden fuders (big casks). 10.5° alcohol with an imperceptible 2.4 g/l RS, considering the very high acidity. Less fruit presence with strong stoney minerality. This is a snappy, dry Riesling perfect for a hot day!
