Il Censo 2022 Praruar Catarratto Terre Siciliane Bianco (Arrives 8/4)

All Catarratto grown on the Il Censo estate outside of Palazzo Adriano, with 2-3 weeks of skin contact. Catarratto is a grape that hold skin contact exceptionally. It brings out golden apple, stonefruit, and tea-like notes that would have been otherwise missed. The 2022 Praurar has savory and earthy fruit, apricot skins, oolong tea, jasmine flowers, and walnut skins with a deeply golden color.
