Silver Thread 2025 Pétillant Naturel Seneca Lake

This delicious pet-nat rosé is a unique blend of 32% Regent, 19% Lemberger, 18% Riesling, 16% Pinot Noir and 15% Cayuga, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in a mix of old barrels and stainless steel, blended without addition of sulfites before finishing fermentation in bottle. All things considered this is a remarkably elegant wine with fine bubbles, some toasted brioche and lovely texture. It's refreshing and agreeable with bright red fruit and racy acidity that sits perfectly in balance. It's an outstanding summer sparkler that hits well above its price point.
