From ‘Dessus les Vermots’ which is higher up the slope towards the haute cotes. This plot is farmed biodynamically just not certified. Whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal punch downs and pump-overs. Aged for 12 months in older barrels and then 4 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. 2019 was the first vintage!
