100% Chardonnay from the 2023 harvest. Vines were planted in 2007 on Kimmeridgian soils. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged 18 months sur lattes before getting 3 g/L dosage.
This is a really beautiful, soft, elegant Champagne with lovely floral notes alongside a touch of oxidation and yellow apple. It has an excellent lift on the finish with refreshing acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.
